Job summary

Ramp is hiring a Senior Recruiter to support critical full-cycle hiring across its G&A functions. In this hybrid role based in New York, you will partner with hiring leaders to shape hiring strategy, build proactive pipelines, and run high-velocity searches while maintaining a strong candidate experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including ownership of G&A or specialized searches.
• Experience recruiting for Risk, Compliance, Legal, Finance, People or Recruiting.
• History of running complex or senior-level searches from scoping to offer.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruiting across Recruiting, Risk, and other G&A functions, from intake and market mapping through offer and close.
• Build functional fluency to recognize signals of exceptional talent beyond title, company, and tenure.
• Define hiring thesis with leaders, calibrate bar, and convert needs into search plans and interview plans.
• Create proactive pipelines via market research, sourcing, referrals, and outreach to passive candidates.
• Advise leaders with market intelligence, recruiting data, and candidate feedback to improve outcomes.
• Lead high-velocity processes while maintaining a personal candidate experience and closing strategies.
