Job summary

Cambridge Associates LLC is actively seeking a proactive Recruiter to support US hiring across Shared Services and Investment Operations. You will partner with hiring managers and Human Capital to deliver inclusive recruiting for technology, IT, and operations roles, managing multiple searches and shaping talent strategy.

Qualifications

• 4–7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in financial services or related complex environments.
• Experience recruiting for technology roles across software engineering, data, cloud, cybersecurity, and IT delivery.
• Experience recruiting for Investment Operations, middle-office, or fund operations is strongly preferred.
• Direct-sourcing capability and comfort engaging passive candidates at senior levels.
• Able to partner with senior stakeholders and translate business needs into recruiting plans.
• Familiarity with ATS, CRM tools, and LinkedIn Recruiter; committed to inclusive hiring.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for Shared Services (A&F, IT, Legal) and Investment Operations roles.
• Define role requirements, establish recruiting strategies, and manage search progress.
• Source for technology and investment operations roles using direct sourcing, referrals, and platforms.
• Assess candidates on technical/operational experience, motivation, and cultural fit.
• Provide market feedback, compensate guidance, and improve recruiting processes.
• Maintain accurate candidate data and ensure privacy and policy compliance.
