Job summary

Armada is hiring a Senior Recruiting Coordinator to support the GTM recruiting lifecycle. You will schedule interviews across time zones, manage candidate communications, and partner with recruiters and managers to maintain timely feedback and smooth hiring workflows.

You will also support the broader Talent Acquisition and People teams with process improvements, system optimization, and onboarding activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in HR or related field.

Responsibilities

• Schedule high-volume interviews (phone, virtual, onsite) across time zones.
• Coordinate candidate logistics and communications for a seamless process.
• Provide timely feedback updates with recruiters and hiring managers.
