Qualifications

• 8-9 years of recruitment experience with US hiring exposure.
• Proven track record hiring Sales, Marketing and Product roles for US teams.
• Experience hiring Forward Deployed Engineers or other technical, customer-facing roles.
• Desirable: recruitment for Public Sector, Federal Government, or related programs.
• Strong direct sourcing and passive candidate engagement skills.
• Experience partnering with US-based stakeholders and hiring managers.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruitment for US-based roles across Marketing, Product, Sales and FDE.
• Drive intake, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offers and closures.
• Maintain time-to-fill, quality of hire, and candidate experience metrics.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to calibrate role expectations and success profiles.
