Job summary

UFORCE is seeking a Lead Recruiter in the United States to own end-to-end technical and mission-critical hiring, working with US leaders and the global Talent team. You will personally source and close hard-to-find talent and help shape repeatable recruiting discipline as we scale in the US.

You’ll build proactive pipelines, define role outcomes and interview processes, and advise hiring managers to meet aggressive hiring priorities in competitive US markets.

Qualifications

• Proven end-to-end recruiting experience in technical environments.
• Experience recruiting software, hardware, AI, robotics, autonomy, defence, aerospace or other complex tech.
• Strong track record in proactive sourcing and talent mapping in competitive US markets.
• Excellent stakeholder mgmt; able to advise and challenge hiring managers.
• Experience with structured, evidence-based interviewing and assessment.
• Strong candidate management and closing across multiple offers.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruitment for priority technical and mission-critical roles across the US.
• Build proactive pipelines via direct sourcing, market mapping, referrals and outreach.
• Partner with hiring managers and senior leaders to translate priorities into search strategies.
• Define role outcomes, competencies, scorecards and structured interview processes.
• Assess candidates and provide evidence-based recommendations.
• Own the candidate journey from first conversation through offer and close.
• Build close plans for finalists, including motivators, risks, counter-strategy, and timelines.
• Use data and market insight to improve pipeline quality and outcomes.
• Support senior, executive and confidential searches when needed.
• Improve recruiting processes, tools and ways of working as UFORCE scales.
• Coach hiring managers on sourcing quality, interview discipline and debriefs.
• Create repeatable recruiting playbooks and pipeline cadences for US hiring.
