Job summary

Adelphi is seeking a hands-on Recruiter to own hiring end-to-end for technical and non-technical roles across the US, with DC/VA area as a base and remote-friendly options. You’ll run full-cycle recruiting for software, ML, and forward-deployed engineers, partnering with the Head of Talent to shape scalable hiring as the company grows.

You’ll source candidates, conduct intro calls, manage interview loops, keep Ashby ATS up to date, and guide offers through to start date, delivering an excellent

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in-house at a startup or fast-growing company.
• Experience hiring software, ML engineers & Forward Deployed Engineers, plus non-technical roles across a business.
• Strong sourcing skills and comfort with cold outreach to passive candidates.
• Ability to sell a role, read a candidate and close an offer.
• High ownership and end-to-end ownership of reqs.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for technical and non-technical roles across the business.
• Source passive candidates through outbound outreach and your network, building pipelines.
• Run intro calls that convey Adelphi’s story and role expectations.
• Partner with hiring managers on intake, calibration, interview loops and timely feedback.
• Keep the Ashby ATS accurate and current for reliable data.
• Manage scheduling and candidate communication for a great experience.
• Close candidates: run the offer process with Head of Talent and manage start date.
