Anduril is seeking a Senior Recruiter to join our People Recruiting team in multiple US offices. You will own full-cycle recruiting across People Operations, Total Rewards, People Programs, and related areas, while flexing to support R4R as needed.

You will partner with hiring managers, build candidate relationships, and shape talent strategy, market dynamics, and role design. This role requires versatility across searches and domains, with a track record of precise closes.

Qualifications

• Experience recruiting for People Operations, Total Rewards, or HR roles.
• Ability to build relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
• Proven track record of closing complex or sensitive hires.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruiting across People Operations, Total Rewards, and related teams.
• Develop sourcing strategies tailored to each sub-function and drive candidate flow.
• Conduct screens for depth and fit, with function-specific evaluation approaches.
• Manage interview process from intake to offer, calibrating with managers.
