You will source aggressively, manage a large candidate pipeline, and translate data into insights to drive momentum. A background in startup or software recruitment, plus agency experience, is a strong plus.

Qualifications

• 7+ years experience recruiting for technical roles and closing top-tier engineering talent.
• Startup/software recruiting experience preferred.
• Agency plus internal recruiting background is a major plus.
• Resilient and creative, able to adapt to obstacles.
• Strong communication and active listening with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Move fast with sourcing, tracking, and high-volume candidate flow while keeping stakeholders informed.
• Establish deep trust with business leaders to influence talent strategy and hiring deliverables.
• Build trust with cross-functional stakeholders to scale company growth.
• Embed into the product, roadmap, and culture to understand team context.
• Pitch the team and opportunity and close exceptional technical talent.
• Track and analyze pipeline data and tell a data-driven recruitment story.
• Develop recruiting strategies with referrals and process improvements.
• Provide a positive candidate experience with proactive communication.
