Job summary

Anduril Industries seeks a Senior Recruiter to lead the Recruiting for Recruiting function across multiple U.S. offices. You will own sourcing, assessment, and closing of recruiters and coordinators, while setting the talent bar for the organization.

You will partner with TA leadership and hiring managers to align capacity, calibrate expectations, and advise on role design, compensation, and market trends. A strong background in recruiter leadership is essential.

Qualifications

• 5-8+ years of full-cycle recruiting in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Direct experience recruiting recruiters, recruiters coordinators, or TA roles.
• Mentoring junior teammates on recruiting craft and interview technique.
• Strong stakeholder management across levels and functions.
• Data-informed mindset with pipeline and market insights.

Responsibilities

• Own the full recruiting lifecycle for Recruiter and Recruiting Coordinator roles, including sourcing, screening, offers, and close.
• Partner with TA leadership and hiring managers to forecast capacity and role design.
• Provide regular updates on pipeline health and market conditions to stakeholders.
