Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Senior Recruiter to lead the Recruiting for Recruiting function across Costa Mesa, CA and other U.S. offices. You will own end-to-end hiring for TA roles, building pipelines and assessing recruiters against our competency framework.

In this meta role, you’ll partner with TA leadership, influence role design, and mentor junior recruiters while upholding data integrity in our ATS/CRM to enable smarter hiring decisions across the organization.

Qualifications

• 5-8+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Hiring Execution for Recruiter roles across divisions.
• Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies to build pipelines for TA talent.
• Manage the interview process end-to-end, including in-depth screens and calibrated debriefs.
• Assess candidates against our competency framework for sourcing, stakeholder management, data, and candidate experience.
