Job summary

Anduril Industries in Washington, DC seeks a Senior Recruiter to own end-to-end recruiting for the Recruiting function across divisions, including sourcing, screening, and closing recruiters and recruiting coordinators. This meta role requires evaluating recruiters and aligning with TA leadership and hiring managers across divisions.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Direct experience recruiting recruiters, recruiting coordinators, or other TA/People Operations roles.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex, senior-level searches with a competency framework.
• Track record of mentoring junior team members on recruiting craft and stakeholder management.
• Strong stakeholder management with the ability to advise and build trust across levels.
• Must be a U.S. Person due to access to U.S. export controlled information or facilities.

Responsibilities

• Own the full recruiting lifecycle for Recruiter and Recruiting Coordinator roles across divisions — sourcing, screening, offer negotiation, and close.
• Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to build robust pipelines for TA talent.
• Manage the interview process end-to-end with in-depth screens and calibrated debriefs.
• Assess candidates against a competency framework focusing on sourcing, stakeholder management, data, and candidate experience.
