Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Senior Recruiter to own the Recruiting for Recruiting function across multiple U.S. offices. You will source, assess, and close recruiters and coordinators who power Anduril’s hiring engine across divisions.

You will partner with TA leadership and hiring managers, shaping descriptions, headcount, and timelines while ensuring a high-quality candidate experience and robust reporting.

Qualifications

• 5-8+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting recruiters, coordinators, or TA roles.
• Ability to manage senior-level searches and calibrate candidates.
• Experience mentoring junior team members in recruiting craft.
• Strong stakeholder management across levels.
• Data-informed mindset with pipeline metrics.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end hiring for recruiters and coordinators across divisions.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to build pipelines for TA talent.
• Manage the interview process, including screens and debriefs.
• Assess candidates against a competency framework and hiring needs.
