Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Senior Recruiter to own the end-to-end recruiting for the TA function across multiple U.S. sites. You will source, assess, and close recruiters and recruiting coordinators, building pipelines and ensuring a world-class candidate experience.

The role requires strong stakeholder management and the ability to operate in a matrixed structure. The ideal candidate will mentor junior recruiters, shape job descriptions, and align TA capabilities with business needs.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years of full-cycle recruiting in a fast-growing environment.
• Direct experience recruiting recruiters, recruiting coordinators, or TA roles.
• Ability to manage senior-level searches and calibrate candidates against a competency framework.
• Mentor junior team members on recruiting craft and collaboration with stakeholders.
• Strong stakeholder management across levels and functions.
• Data-driven mindset with ability to present market intelligence to influence decisions.
• Ability to work with urgency while maintaining quality and candidate experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with high-caliber candidates.
• U.S. Person due to export control access requirements.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end hiring for Recruiter and Recruiting Coordinator roles across divisions.
• Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies for TA talent pipelines.
• Manage the interview process end-to-end and calibrate debriefs.
• Advise on role design, leveling, and headcount implications for TA roles.
• Partner with TA leadership and hiring managers to understand capacity and needs.
• Uphold data integrity in ATS/CRM for reporting and planning.
