Job summary

Qualifications

• 5-8+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Direct experience recruiting recruiters, recruiting coordinators, or TA/People Ops roles.
• Ability to manage complex, senior-level searches and calibrate candidates.
• Experience mentoring junior recruiters on craft and stakeholder management.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence hiring managers.
• Data-informed mindset: track pipeline metrics and market intelligence.
• Ability to operate with urgency while maintaining quality and candidate experience.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end hiring execution for Recruiter and Recruiting Coordinator roles across divisions, from sourcing to close.
• Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to build robust TA pipelines.
• Manage the interview process end-to-end and calibrate debriefs to identify strong operators.
• Advise on role design and leveling for TA positions and align with business context.
