Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Senior Recruiter to join its rapidly growing Talent Acquisition team. The role will own end-to-end recruiting for recruiters and recruiting coordinators across divisions, with sourcing, assessment, and closing responsibilities across Costa Mesa, CA; Seattle, WA; Boston, MA; and Washington, DC.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
• Experience recruiting recruiters, recruiting coordinators, sourcing specialists, or other TA/People Operations roles, assessing craft not just resumes.
• Ability to manage complex, senior-level searches and calibrate candidates against a competency-based framework.
• Track record of mentoring junior team members on recruiting craft and stakeholder management.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to advise, push back on, and build trust with hiring managers.
• A data-informed mindset: track pipeline metrics and use market intelligence to influence decisions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with a bias for action.
• Must be a U.S. Person due to required access to U.S. export controlled information or facilities

Responsibilities

• Own full recruiting lifecycle for Recruiter and Recruiting Coordinator roles across divisions, including sourcing, screening, offer negotiation and close.
• Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to build robust pipelines for TA talent.
• Manage the interview process end-to-end, including in-depth screens and calibrated debriefs.
• Assess candidates against our competency framework, evaluating sourcing, stakeholder management, data and candidate experience.
