Job summary

Anduril Industries in the United States is seeking a Senior Recruiter to lead end-to-end recruiting of recruiters and coordinating staff across multiple sites including Costa Mesa, Seattle, Boston and DC. You will own sourcing, assessment, and closing for TA roles, partnering with leadership to shape hiring strategy and capacity.

The role emphasizes mentorship, data-driven decision making, and cross-functional collaboration within a matrixed structure to elevate the recruiting function.

Qualifications

• 5-8+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Direct experience recruiting recruiters, recruiting coordinators, sourcing specialists, or other TA/People Operations roles.
• Ability to manage complex, senior-level searches and calibrate candidates against a competency framework.
• Track record of mentoring junior team members on recruiting craft and stakeholder management.
• Strong stakeholder management skills across levels with recruiters and hiring managers.
• Data-informed mindset: track pipeline metrics and market intelligence to influence decisions.
• Ability to operate with urgency and bias for action while maintaining quality and candidate experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with senior candidates.

Responsibilities

• Own the full recruiting lifecycle for Recruiter and Recruiting Coordinator roles across divisions, ensuring a world-class candidate experience.
• Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to build robust TA pipelines and differentiate outreach.
• Manage the interview process end-to-end, including in-depth screens and calibrated debriefs.
• Advise on competency-based evaluations and alignment with business needs and leveling.
