Job summary

Korn Ferry is seeking a contract Senior Recruiter to support our RPO client in Los Angeles, CA. This hybrid role requires 3 days per week onsite at the client location.

Responsibilities include end-to-end recruitment, sourcing, screening, assessment, and marketing candidates, with strong candidate relationship management and client-facing collaboration in both on-site and off-site settings.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full cycle recruitment experience.
• 5+ years of client facing experience throughout recruitment.
• 5+ years of competency and behavioral based interviews.

Responsibilities

• Create and execute multi-channel sourcing strategies to meet client profiles.
• Interact with clients in a timely, professional and responsive manner.
• Identify and communicate opportunities for process improvement.
• Conduct role briefings with clients and set expectations for recruitment process.
• Manage processes and sourcing activities to support recruitment delivery.
• Follow agreed client recruitment processes for delivery.
• Use competency-based interviewing to evaluate and shortlist candidates.
• Manage candidate relationships throughout the process.
• Clearly communicate position opportunities and client value proposition.
