Job summary

Korn Ferry in Dallas, TX is seeking a Senior Recruiter to join our team on a hybrid schedule. The role focuses on building strong candidate pipelines for Korn Ferry's client projects through direct and indirect sourcing, channel optimization, and talent-pool development.

You will partner with business leaders, design sourcing strategies, expand sourcing channels, and drive candidate relationships and employer value messaging.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full cycle recruitment or sourcing experience.
• 5+ years of experience developing and executing sourcing strategies, including market mapping and Boolean searches.
• 5+ years of Applicant Tracking System experience.
• 5+ years of client-facing experience with Hiring Managers.
• 5+ years of competency/behavioral based interviews.
• High School Diploma.

Responsibilities

• Align sourcing activities with workforce plans with Business Partners.
• Source candidates using channels and strategies to match client needs.
• Design and implement talent pool strategies and optimize sourcing channels.
• Measure effectiveness of sourcing framework against outcomes.
• Develop compelling employee value proposition with clients.
• Manage candidate relationships and engage passive candidates.
• Lead client sourcing strategy and create talent maps.
• Collaborate with recruiters to share information for effective searches.
• Provide responsive customer service via phone and email.
• Coach and support team members.
