Job summary

Korn Ferry in Los Angeles is seeking a Recruiter in the Eastern Time Zone to join our team. You will manage high-touch candidate relationships, sourcing, screening, and presenting top talent to clients in a fast-paced, global consultancy.

The role focuses on recruiting for pharma, manufacturing, engineering, and operations with a strong emphasis on client satisfaction, stakeholder collaboration, and effective use of applicant tracking systems to drive successful placements.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full cycle recruitment or sourcing experience in RPO and client-facing.
• 3+ years of experience developing sourcing methodologies including market mapping and Boolean searches.
• 3+ years of Applicant Tracking System experience.
• 3+ years of client-facing experience interacting with Hiring Managers throughout the recruitment process.
• 3+ years of experience conducting competency/behavioral based interviews.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Business Partners to align sourcing activities to workforce plans.
• Identify channels and strategy to source candidates matching client requirements.
• Define, design, and help implement the sourcing strategy for building talent pools of specific candidate profiles.
• Ensure development and optimization of broad range sourcing channels to improve quality and quantity of client talent pools.
• Measure and monitor the effectiveness of the sourcing framework against predefined outcomes.
• Assist clients to define and develop a compelling employee value proposition and incorporate into sourcing strategy.
• Source, secure, and leverage relevant media and communication channels.
• Ensure effective candidate relationship management strategies are developed and utilized by the sourcing team to build relationships with passive candidates.
