Job summary

Korn Ferry is hiring a Sourcing/Recruitment Team Lead to support our RPO client in Chicago. This hybrid role is based out of Downtown Chicago and will oversee day-to-day recruitment activities to ensure high-quality service and KPI/SLA attainment.

You will build client relationships, manage end-to-end recruitment with a small requisition load, and drive value-added reporting. This role requires leadership, strategic thinking and the ability to communicate across levels and cultures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or five years of equivalent experience required.
• Five years of recruiting and sourcing experience with team management.
• Experience recruiting corporate/salaried roles.
• Strong full life cycle recruiting and sourcing tactics.
• Familiar with SLA's/SOW in this business.
• Proficient in MS Office and various ATS.
• Ability to lead and motivate a delivery team.
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision making.
• Excellent planning, organization and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end recruitment delivery on the project.
• Ensure QA of recruitment activities and KPI/SLA attainment.
• Maintain a small requisition load.
• Build trust with client stakeholders and manage communications.
• Identify opportunities to increase customer satisfaction.
• Suggest process improvements and change management steps.
• Prepare and participate in project reviews with client and senior management; communicate relevant project information to superiors.
• Collaborate with Project Director on value-added reporting and ensure timely delivery of all reporting.
