Job summary

Korn Ferry is seeking a Senior Recruiter for a hybrid role, based in Houston, TX or Rochester, NY. You will build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for RPO/Project clients, using indirect and direct sourcing, and develop talent pools through strategic sourcing channels.

This role requires extensive experience in full-cycle recruitment, sourcing strategy, and strong stakeholder management to deliver high-quality hires and support client partners.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience for Engineering or Industrial Manufacturing positions.
• 5+ years developing and executing sourcing methodologies including market mapping and Boolean searches.
• 5+ years of ATS experience.
• 5+ years of client-facing experience with Hiring Managers.
• 5+ years of competency/behavioral based interviews.
• High School Diploma.

Responsibilities

• Align sourcing activities with workforce plans and recruitment needs.
• Define, design, and implement sourcing strategies for talent pools.
• Develop and optimize broad sourcing channels to improve candidate pools.
• Measure and monitor the effectiveness of the sourcing framework against outcomes.
• Provide coaching and support to team members; deliver responsive client service.
