Job summary

Wis-Pak, Inc. is seeking a Senior Recruiter to own full-cycle hiring for salaried roles across departments and locations. You’ll build pipelines from scratch, engage passive candidates, and advise hiring managers to deliver strong hires.

You’ll lead proactive sourcing, partner with managers on profile optimization, and manage offers through onboarding. A history of remote work and multi-location recruiting is highly valued.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience focused on salaried, professional, or leadership hiring.
• Proven track record filling hard-to-fill roles through direct sourcing.
• Expert-level skill with LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search.
• Strong advising and influencing skills with senior leaders.
• Experience recruiting remotely and across multiple locations.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle hiring for salaried roles across departments and locations.
• Proactively source passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean, and referrals.
• Partner with hiring managers to sharpen profiles and set market expectations.
• Coordinate interviews, negotiate offers, and ensure smooth onboarding.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines across recurring roles.
• Diversify pipelines via colleges, programs, and community partnerships.
• Track metrics and use data to improve hiring processes.
• Ensure searches comply with employment laws and company policy.
