You will proactively source top talent, build pipelines, and partner with hiring managers to develop tailored strategies that improve time‑to‑hire and candidate quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher required.
• 4+ years recruiting experience across multiple disciplines and levels.
• Proactive sourcing and headhunting experience.
• Experience identifying, engaging passive candidates.
• Nationally recruiting for field leadership, traveling, and specialized roles.
• Experience using ATS, sourcing platforms, and analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-lifecycle recruiting for national roles from sourcing to offer negotiation.
• Proactively source and headhunt high-quality talent.
• Build and maintain pipelines of passive and active candidates.
• Recruit nationally for traveling field leadership, construction, and specialized roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop strategies.
• Advise teams on talent markets, compensation expectations, and sourcing approaches.
• Develop relationships with candidates throughout recruitment and onboarding.
• Ensure positive candidate experience from outreach to onboarding.
• Utilize recruiting analytics and ATS to support hiring decisions.
• Improve sourcing strategies and interview processes continuously.
• Use market insights to strengthen recruiting effectiveness.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
