Pride Global is seeking an Associate Recruiter to join our team. You will identify, attract, and hire top talent for our clients and partner with hiring managers to understand their needs.

Responsibilities include pre-screening, building pipelines, full-cycle recruitment, and advising clients on market conditions and offers. This is a full-time remote role with standard business hours.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Strong and clear communication style and skills.
• Excellent writing and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and balance constantly shifting priorities.

Responsibilities

• Initiate pre-screening phone calls with candidates.
• Recruit prospects for our existing pipeline of business.
• Build a strong pipeline of Tier 1 talent.
• Track, organize, and update candidates.
• Organize and prepare candidates for 1st round interviews.
• Identify new recruitment opportunities with clients or new clients.
• Foster relationships with candidates and clients to build a useful network.
• Manage full cycle recruitment from sourcing to offer and placement.
• Consult clients on market conditions, search and interview processes, and offer management.
