Wis-Pak is seeking a Senior Recruiter to own full-cycle hiring for salaried roles across departments and locations. You will build pipelines from scratch, engage passive candidates, and act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers who rely on you to deliver.

You will partner with hiring managers, drive time-to-fill, and ensure a positive candidate experience. Willingness to travel up to 25% and operate in EST/CST time zones; location in Watertown, WI is preferred.

Formación

• 5+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition with a focus on salaried, professional, or leadership roles.
• Proven track record filling hard-to-fill roles through direct sourcing.
• Strong expertise with LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search.
