Job summary

Wis-Pak, Inc. is seeking a Senior Recruiter to own full-cycle hiring for salaried roles across departments and locations. This hunter role builds pipelines from scratch, targets passive candidates, and advises hiring managers to deliver results.

You will have autonomy to run your desk and be accountable for outcomes. You will partner with managers to sharpen profiles, manage timelines, and push back when needed, while maintaining compliance and a strong candidate experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience.
• Proven track record filling hard-to-fill roles via direct sourcing.
• Expert-level skill with LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search.
• Ability to advise and influence hiring managers, including senior leaders.
• Strong closing and negotiation skills with a positive candidate experience.
• Experience working remotely and managing multiple searches across locations.
• Familiarity with ATS platforms is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Communications, Business, or related field.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.
• Residence in the EST or CST time zone.

Responsibilities

• Proactively source passive candidates and build pipelines from scratch.
• Run intake meetings with hiring managers to sharpen profiles and timelines.
• Turn cold outreach into conversations and convert into offers.
• Screen, assess, coordinate interviews, and manage offers.
• Diversify pipelines through colleges, military programs, and professional networks.
• Track time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, source effectiveness and offers.
• Ensure compliance with employment law and company policy.
