This onsite position focuses on finding, engaging, and moving candidates through the full recruitment lifecycle while maintaining accurate hiring data across recruiting platforms and HR systems.

You will coordinate with hiring managers to shape job requirements, develop job descriptions, and run structured processes that help deliver a positive candidate experience. The role also includes campus recruitment and HR sourcing techniques such as cold calling and networking.

What you will do

• Manage full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
• Use recruiting and HR tools to maintain candidate pipelines, including iCIMS and HRIS systems.
• Participate in campus recruitment activities to attract fresh talent.
• Apply HR sourcing strategies to identify candidates through cold calling and networking.

• Track candidate interactions and recruitment performance using systems such as Kronos and Paychex.

What you bring

• 1-2 years of staffing required (as listed), including 2 years full cycle recruiting and 1 year staffing.
• Bilingual Spanish required.
