Job summary

Armada Staffing is hiring an on-site Recruiter in Perris, CA to manage full-cycle recruiting, partner with department leaders, and build a repeatable talent pipeline. On-site role with Monday–Friday schedule, 8am–5pm, no weekends.

The ideal candidate is bilingual (English/Spanish), skilled in sourcing and interviewing, and capable of onboarding new hires while aligning with HR best practices. Experience with Avionte is a plus.

Armada Staffing is hiring an on‑site On‑Site Recruiter in Perris, CA to manage full‑cycle recruiting, partner with department leaders, and build a repeatable talent pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement the overall recruiting strategy
• Develop, review, and update job descriptions and job specifications
• Conduct job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives
• Create recruitment materials and post roles to appropriate channels (job boards, newspapers, colleges, etc.)
• Source and recruit candidates using databases, social media, and other sourcing methods
• Screen resumes and job applications to identify qualified candidates
• Run structured interviews using reliable selection tools and methods to filter candidates within the interview schedule
• Onboard new hires so they become fully integrated
• Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices
• Prepare analytical, well documented recruiting reports for the team
• Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
• Support company branding efforts, including promoting the “best place to work” reputation
• Leverage Avionte (experience with Avionte is a plus)

Requirements

• Bilingual: English and Spanish (required)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong decision‑making skills
• Full‑cycle recruiting experience, covering sourcing and attracting candidates through interviewing and hiring
• Ability to collaborate with department managers on a regular basis
• Proactively identify future hiring needs
• Experience attracting candidates through multiple sources, including social media networks and employee referrals

Schedule and Work Details

• Schedule: Monday to Friday
• Hours: 8am to 5pm
• Shifts: 8 hour shift, Day shift
• No weekends
• Expected hours: 40 per week (40.0 per week)

Pay

• USD 19 - 21 per hourly
• $18.00 - $21.00 per hour (DOE)
