Job summary

Collabera in Seattle is seeking recruiters to work onsite, focusing on hands-on sourcing, outreach, and building robust candidate pipelines. You will manage data in ATS and use AI tools to source talent, with an onboarding ramp-up of two weeks.

The role requires 1–3+ years of recruiting experience, strong Boolean/search skills, and a data-driven mindset focused on metrics like 4 hires per month. Onsite work is essential and prior tech-recruiting experience is a plus.

• Ability to work 100% onsite

Responsibilities

Job description

Pay Range

• Recruiter I - $36/hr - $37/hr
• Recruiter II - $49/hr - $50/hr

Day to Day

• Hands-on Sourcing & Outreach (80-90% of the role):Finding talent, conducting phone screens, and building strong candidate pipelines.
• System Management:Submitting candidates into systems and managing data within the ATS. AI systems to source
• Onboarding Ramp-up:Undergoing a 2-week onboarding program, with expectations to start building pipelines by the middle of Week 2.

Must Haves

• Minimum 1 to 3+ years ofrecruiting experience (3+ years is historically the most successful).
• Strong Boolean search and complex keystring building tech stack (will be tested in the interview).
• Highly tech-savvy and comfortable using AI tools and ATS systems.
• Must include metrics - 4 hires per month, how many calls, screenings, emails reach outs, type of tech roles etc
• High motivation, hard-working, quick learner, and genuinely excited about active sourcing/recruiting.
• Ability to work 100% onsite.

Plusses

• Prior experiencerecruiting for Data Center, infrastructure, or technical roles (e.g., Construction Managers, Commissioning Engineers, Electrical Engineers, Supply Chain, Deployment Technicians).
