iStaffing inc is hiring a Senior Recruiter to support high-volume hiring for light industrial clients in Rialto, CA. This full-time, onsite role focuses on running the staffing recruiting lifecycle from initial sourcing through onboarding, while keeping client relationships strong and the hiring experience moving quickly.

As part of the team, you will help fill roles across warehouse and production environments, including positions such as warehouse associates, machine operators, assemblers, forklift drivers, and general laborers.

Requirements

• 3 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, preferably in staffing or high-volume hiring.

• Proficiency with ATS systems, job boards, and sourcing tools.
• Bilingual skills (Spanish/English).
• High sense of urgency and a customer service mindset.

• Comfortable with high-volume workloads, with strong organization and attention to detail.
• Must be available to work overtime and be on call (weekends and early mornings).

Schedule and Work Details

• Work location: In person (onsite)
• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm
• Shift availability: Day Shift (preferred)

Compensation and Employment Type

• Job type: Full-time
• Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour
• Experience: Full cycle recruiting: 3 years (required)
