Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish required.
• Minimum 2 years of staffing experience.
• Experience with full-cycle recruiting.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel or MS Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and job requirements.
• Post job openings to social media, job boards, and other platforms.
• Review applications, perform candidate screenings, and coordinate interview scheduling.
• Conduct interviews and support onboarding to ensure a smooth hiring process.
• Maintain the Available List log by adding new associates; track attendance, performance, and engagement.
• Support basic employee relations and address staffing concerns in a timely manner.
