Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting from requisition intake through offer acceptance.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, role requirements, and recruitment strategies.
  • Source candidates through LinkedIn, employee referrals, networking, job boards, and other recruiting channels.
  • Screen and assess talent against established qualifications and business needs.
  • Coordinate interviews and ensure an efficient hiring process.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for recurring and hard-to-fill positions.
  • Monitor recruiting activity, hiring metrics, and source effectiveness.
  • Maintain accurate information and compliance documentation within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Support recruiting operations, offer administration, and process improvement initiatives.
