Job summary

MedImpact Healthcare Systems, Inc. is seeking a Principal, Formulary Consultant to drive rebate optimization and formulary strategy in coordination with the Trade Relations department.

You will identify opportunities to enhance rebate yields, align contract terms, and support market share growth across commercial, Medicare, Medicaid, and Health Exchange lines. You will lead cross-functional initiatives, educate clients on formulary changes, and collaborate with manufacturers on programs that

Qualifications

• BA/BS Degree; 8+ years related experience and SME in respective area(s).
• Strong knowledge of formulary management and rebate strategies.
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
• PBM experience required.

Responsibilities

• Develops and enhances formulary strategies to optimize rebate yields and manage contract terms.
• Leads internal/external stakeholder communications to educate and persuade on formulary changes.
• Collaborates with Manufacturers, vendors and account teams to drive rebate performance and savings.
