Job summary

MedImpact Healthcare Systems, Inc. is seeking a Principal, Formulary Consultant to drive rebate optimization and formulary strategy across Commercial, Medicare, Medicaid, and Health Exchange lines.

The role involves internal and external client interactions to align contract terms with formulary designs. Responsibilities include analyzing rebate performance, developing strategic initiatives, and leading the Formulary Committee discussions.

Qualifications

• BA/BS Degree; 8+ years related experience and SME in respective area(s).
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite; SQL and financial modeling tools.
• PBM experience required.
• Valid Registered Pharmacy license in any state.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and optimize rebate yields and admin fee revenue.
• Collaborate with manufacturers and rebate vendors to implement changes.
• Serve as SME on rebate terms, contracts and compliance.
• Present modeling results and recommendations to clients and account teams.
• Lead formulary strategy and coordinate with committees.
