Job summary

Center Street Lending is seeking a Senior Real Estate Valuation Analyst to perform desktop valuations, appraisal reviews, and risk analysis on real estate assets. You will work with the Appraisal Manager to ensure accurate valuations for internal orders and value-add projects.

The ideal candidate brings experience in real estate valuation, proficiency with Excel, and familiarity with Encompass and MLS tools.

Qualifications

Experience valuing fix-and-flip, ground-up construction, and land is highly desirable.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
Experience with Encompass, MLS website, and Redbell/HomeGenius is a plus but not required.
Background in real estate valuation is desirable.
Beneficial to have PTO/401k and company events.

Responsibilities

Create desktop valuations for internal orders (as-is and after-repair values) for value-add projects.
Gather and analyze data on comparable properties, market trends, and relevant economic factors to determine fair market value.
Review appraisals from AMCs and Panel Appraisers for correct data and values.
Perform risk analysis on appraisals and verify values are within guidelines.
Research property history, including title, tax, and zoning records.
Be detail oriented and extremely organized.
Collaborate with Loan Officers, Loan Processors and Underwriting when necessary.
Identify and resolve roadblocks to getting real estate valuations completed or reviewed on time.
