Job summary

BBG, Inc. seeks an Analyst to support commercial real estate valuation projects under a licensed senior appraiser. You will access proprietary databases and public sources to produce appraisal reports for diverse CRE properties, managing your own caseload from research to completion.

You’ll build skills in real estate finance, market analysis, and investment analysis while handling desk and field work. Strong communication and attention to detail are essential in this collaborative role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Real Estate or Economics with 1–3 years CRE experience.
• Strong quantitative and analytical abilities with valuation-modeling experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; client-facing skills.
• MS Word and Excel proficiency; Argus Enterprise experience a plus.
• Self-starter, well-organized, detail-oriented with multiple assignments.

Responsibilities

• Research and compile key data to support appraisal reports.
• Perform market surveys and confirm property transaction details.
• Manage own caseload and see assignments through to completion.
• Collaborate with a licensed senior appraiser and use proprietary/public databases.
