Job summary

Bellwether is seeking a Senior Analyst on the Valuations Team to support valuations of a portfolio of commercial real estate investments across the United States. You will maintain complex financial analyses, evaluate investment performance, and underwrite real estate opportunities.

There is significant exposure to senior leadership and opportunities for growth. The role requires 2+ years of related experience, proficiency in ARGUS Enterprise and MS Office, and a strong interest in commercial

Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant experience in real estate valuations, consulting, portfolio management or audit/accounting.
• Experience with property underwriting and financial modeling.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and ARGUS Enterprise.
• Demonstrated interest in commercial real estate.

Responsibilities

• Assist in monthly and quarterly valuations of real estate investments across the United States, including DCF, comps, and appraisal review.
• Maintain detailed asset-level cash flow models.
• Review leasing activity and operating performance for valuations.
• Analyze market data and comparable transactions.
• Compile valuations data for fundraising, marketing, DDQs and investor requests.
• Perform ad-hoc analysis as needed.
