• Understanding or ability to learn approaches to real estate asset valuation

Responsibilities

• Interact with appraisal vendors to place orders and negotiate fees and turn times
• Analyze accounts payable with vendors and report KPIs and metrics; track orders for timely completion
• Review and verify residential appraisal reports and data; cross-check appraiser estimates using online data
• Determine valuation method (cost, sales comparison, income) and identify property characteristics
• Prepare valuation analysis after reviewing data and documenting findings regarding appraiser estimates
