Job summary

Bellwether is seeking a Senior Analyst to support valuations of a diversified portfolio of commercial real estate investments across the United States. You will maintain complex asset-level cash flow models, run DCF analyses, review leasing activity and prep data for fundraising and investor requests.

You should have at least two years of real estate valuations or related experience, strong proficiency in Excel and ARGUS Enterprise, and a Bachelor’s degree in finance or real estate.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, real estate, accounting or related field.
• Minimum 2 years' experience in real estate valuations, consulting, portfolio management or audit/accounting.
• Experience with property underwriting and financial modeling.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and ARGUS Enterprise.

Responsibilities

• Assist in monthly and quarterly valuations of real estate investments across the United States, including DCF and comps analyses.
• Maintain detailed asset level cash flow models.
• Review leasing activity and monthly property operating performance for valuations.
• Analyze market data and comparable transactions.
• Compile valuations data for fundraising, marketing, DDQs and investor requests.
