Job summary

Colliers is seeking a seasoned professional to lead complex commercial real estate transactions across North America. You will negotiate leases, acquisitions, and dispositions while coordinating brokers, advisors, and client teams to deliver strategic outcomes.

You will also analyze financials, prepare proposals, and maintain client relationships, driving revenue and growth within a fast-paced, client‑facing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field. MBA preferred.
• 10+ years of commercial real estate transaction experience.
• Active real estate license (otherwise must be obtained within the first 6 months).
• Advanced computer software applications (Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.) and Internet navigational skills.
• Working knowledge of AI and large language model (LLM) tools.

Responsibilities

• Implement real estate plans with client goals and priorities.
• Negotiate terms for a wide range of commercial real estate transactions (office/data center).
• Coordinate field broker selection and resources for transaction execution.
• Draft analyses and documents: market reports, RFPs, LOIs, financials.
• Track transaction activity, prepare forecasts and savings memorialization.
• Prepare reports and presentations for stakeholders.
• Attend calls across time zones and travel for site visits as needed.
