Job summary

Colliers International seeks an experienced real estate professional to lead client-driven transaction activities across North America. You will manage complex portfolios, coordinate brokers, and drive end-to-end deal execution for corporate clients.

You will leverage AI tools and market data to draft strategic recommendations, negotiate terms, and monitor leases, with travel as needed and collaboration across senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field; MBA preferred.
• 10+ years of commercial real estate transaction experience.
• Active real estate license (to be obtained within first 6 months).
• Advanced software skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Working knowledge of AI and large language model (LLM) tools for research, analysis, and workflow efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Implement real estate plans aligned with client goals and priorities.
• Negotiate leases, acquisitions, renewals, and property dispositions in North America.
• Coordinate broker selection and resources; facilitate client approvals for transaction execution.
• Draft analyses and documents: market reports, RFPs, LOIs, financial analyses, and strategic recommendations.
• Monitor lease expirations and develop renewal strategies; locate and acquire new properties as needed.
• Review financial templates (NPV, IRR) to aid client decisions.
• Track transaction activity; prepare forecasts and savings reports.
• Maintain project tracking systems and present reports to stakeholders.
• Attend calls across time zones and travel as needed.
