Working knowledge of AI and large language model (LLM) tools and ability to apply them to research and workflow efficiency.
Ability to motivate and negotiate effectively with key employees, top management and client groups.
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Effective and persuasive presentation abilities on complex topics to diverse stakeholders.
Strong communication, organizational, time management, proofreading and multi-tasking skills.

Responsibilities

Implement real estate plans aligned with client strategic goals and coordinate project initiation and prioritization.
Act as tenant/buyer/end-user agent and negotiate terms for office and data center transactions across North America.
Coordinate field broker selection and resources; facilitate client review and approval for transaction execution.
Draft analyses and documents: market reports, RFPs, proposals, letters of intent, and financial analyses.
Coordinate negotiations of sales and leases; monitor expirations and renewals; identify new properties to meet timelines.
Review financial models (NPV, IRR, cash flow) to support client decisions.
Track all transaction activity, forecast commissions, and report savings for clients.
Maintain project tracking systems and present reports to stakeholders.
Attend regular calls across time zones and travel for site tours and regional meetings.
