Job summary

Colliers International is seeking a seasoned real estate transactions professional to support occupier services for a high-profile portfolio across North America. You will manage complex lease and property transactions, coordinating senior leaders and field brokers to meet client objectives.

The role requires a strong background in commercial real estate, licensing, and advanced MS Office skills, with the ability to juggle multiple projects and stakeholder expectations in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field; MBA preferred.
• 10+ years of commercial real estate transaction experience or equivalent.
• Active real estate license (or obtained within 6 months).
• Advanced software skills: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook.
• Working knowledge of AI and large language model tools for research and analysis.
• Ability to motivate and negotiate effectively with senior stakeholders.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills; multitasking ability.

Responsibilities

• Implement real estate plans aligned with client goals and priorities.
• Act as tenant/buyer/end-user agent; negotiate terms for office and data center real estate transactions in North America.
• Coordinate broker selection and resources; facilitate client review of proposed team resources.
• Prepare analyses and documents: market reports, RFPs, LOIs, financial analyses, strategic recommendations.
• Negotiate sales through field brokers; monitor lease expirations and renewals; identify properties to meet client needs.
• Review financial templates (NPV/IRR) to aid client decisions; track transaction activity and savings.
• Maintain project tracking system; prepare reports and presentations for stakeholders.
• Attend calls across time zones and travel for site tours and meetings.
