Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field; MBA preferred.
• 10+ years of commercial real estate transaction experience.
• Active real estate license or ability to obtain within 6 months.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Office apps.
• Familiarity with AI/LLM tools for research and workflow.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate multiple CRE transactions from initiation to close.
• Negotiate terms for leases, acquisitions, and dispositions.
• Manage field resources and stakeholder alignment for client deals.
• Prepare market analyses, RFPs, LOIs, and financial projections.
• Track transaction activity and provide timely reports and forecasts.
• Attend calls across time zones; travel as needed for site tours.
