Colliers International is seeking a senior occupier services professional to lead complex real estate transactions for corporate clients across North America. You will manage end-to-end processes, coordinate brokers, and drive strategy from lease acquisitions to dispositions.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business or related field; MBA preferred.
10+ years of commercial real estate transaction experience.
Active real estate license (or to be obtained within 6 months).
Advanced software applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Working knowledge of AI and large language model tools.

Responsibilities

Assist with initiating projects, defining scope, prioritizing tasks and meeting milestones.
Act as tenant/buyer/end-user agent and negotiate business terms for a range of commercial real estate transactions.
Coordinate broker selection and resources; facilitate client reviews and approvals.
Draft analyses and documents (market reports, RFPs, LOIs, financial analyses).
Negotiate leases/lease amendments; monitor expirations and renewals.
Review financial templates (NPV, IRR) to guide client decisions.
Track transaction activity, prepare forecasts and vouchers; report savings.
Maintain real estate project tracking system and present to stakeholders.
Availability for calls across time zones and travel for site tours.
