Job summary

Colliers International is seeking a senior Occupier Services professional to manage complex real estate transactions for corporate clients across North America. You will own project coordination, lead negotiations, and drive strategic portfolio actions end-to-end.

The role requires 10+ years in commercial real estate, a valid license, and strong analytical and presentation skills. A remote work setup with periodic travel and a comprehensive benefits package is offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field; MBA preferred.
• 10+ years of commercial real estate transaction experience.
• Active real estate license; must be obtained within the first 6 months of employment.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook.
• Working knowledge of AI and LLM tools.
• Ability to motivate and negotiate effectively with key employees, top management, and client groups.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent presentation abilities on complex topics to diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Implement real estate plans aligned with the client’s strategic goals and milestones.
• Act as tenant/buyer/end user agent and negotiate terms for office and data center transactions in North America.
• Coordinate field broker selection and resources; facilitate client review and approval of team resources.
• Draft and create analyses and documents including market reports, RFPs, LOIs, and financial analyses.
• Coordinate negotiation of sales and leases; monitor expirations and renewals; source new properties.
• Review financial models (NPV, IRR, cash flow) to inform client decisions.
• Track all transaction activity; prepare forecasts and savings reports for clients.
• Maintain real estate project tracking systems and present findings to stakeholders.
• Attend regular calls across time zones and travel for site tours and meetings.
• Ability to manage a dozen projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
