Job summary
Colliers International is seeking an experienced real estate professional to drive occupier services and manage a complex portfolio for corporate clients across North America. You will negotiate leases, acquisitions, and dispositions, coordinate brokers and specialists, and prepare financial analyses and market reports to support client decisions.
The role requires a strong background in commercial real estate transactions, a license, and fluency with AI/LLM tools for research and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field, MBA preferred.
- Active real estate license (or obtained within 6 months).
- Advanced computer software applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Working knowledge of AI and large language model tools for research and workflow.
Responsibilities
- Implement real estate plans aligned with client goals and priorities.
- Negotiate terms for leases, acquisitions, renewals, and dispositions.
- Coordinate field brokers, resources and subject matter experts.
- Draft market analyses, RFPs, letters of intent and financials.
- Monitor lease expirations and negotiate renewals within timelines.
- Track transaction activity and prepare forecasts and reports.
