Job summary

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of relevant work experience with CRE transactions.
• Strong contract review and lease/purchase negotiation skills.
• Experience working with corporate clients to meet real estate objectives.

Responsibilities

• Own key transaction responsibilities for strategic clients, primarily industrial occupiers.
• Lead regular client meetings and update calls to track progress.
• Develop occupancy cost saving strategies and evaluate alternative solutions.
• Create customized reports, dashboards and analytics for the account team.
• Oversee site selection, RFPs, LOIs, leases, and sale agreements.
• Coach and develop junior teammates to reach full potential.
