Job summary

JLL is seeking a Senior Transaction Manager to join the Americas Brokerage Group in New York. You will manage a high volume of complex leases and capital transactions, ensuring client satisfaction, and coordinating with national broker partners and field teams.

You will oversee financial analyses, reporting, and KPI achievement while negotiating favorable terms and protecting client interests. Fluency in Spanish and Portuguese is required to support global occupiers.

Qualifications

• 10–12 years of experience in Transaction Management or Corporate Real Estate.
• Experience managing complex transactions with high volume.
• Experience supporting large, global occupiers.
• Experience managing confidential initiatives with escalation as needed.
• Proven skills in contract review and lease negotiations.
• Self-starter able to manage multiple transactions simultaneously.
• Strong understanding of financial and accounting impacts.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and stakeholder management.
• Fluent in Spanish and proficient in Portuguese.

Responsibilities

• Manage and execute complex, large, and mid-size transactions.
• Collect client requirements, obtain market data, review reports, and work with broker partners.
• Oversee site selection and site evaluation; create RFPs.
• Negotiate LOIs, leases, and purchase/sale agreements; prepare approval packages.
• Coordinate with field brokers; review broker engagements and commissions.
• Monitor progress of transactions; develop occupancy cost savings strategies.
