Job summary

JLL Fort Worth, TX is seeking a Transaction Manager to support one of North America's leading companies with end-to-end transaction management, portfolio services and client reporting. Expect to independently manage complex, large, and mid-size transactions, negotiate LOIs and purchase agreements, coordinate with field brokers, and monitor progress while driving client satisfaction and process efficiency.

A 3–5 year track record in transaction management or corporate real estate and a Real

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in Transaction Management or Corporate Real Estate.
• Real Estate Sales Agent or Brokerage License is required.
• Experience managing large volumes of transactions for national/global occupiers preferred.
• Strong contract negotiation and financial analysis skills required.

Responsibilities

• Independently manages complex, large, and mid-size transactions with proficiency.
• Collect requirements, analyze market data, prepare valuations, negotiate agreements.
• Prepare approval packages for executive management and coordinate broker engagements.
• Monitor progress and ensure client satisfaction, governance and reporting.
